مفید باشد.
معالجه آب مروارید که یکی از بیماری های شایع در بین مردم است، با
نور لیزر کار سختی نیست. پزشک از این طریق بینایی فرد
بیمار را به میزان زیادی تقویت می کند.
چشم های ضعیف توسط لیزر مداوا
می شوند و طی مدت زمان کمی نیاز آنها به لیزر از بین می رود.
لیزردرمانی، روش های درمانی
هستند که برای انجام آن از نور متمرکز

اما در لیزردرمانی، از طریق
تابش امواج قوی لیزر، درمان با
کمترین میزان درد، انجام می شود.
همانطور که از نام این نوع لیزر مشخص است، قدرت و توان اشعه لیزر
در این شیوه کم و در حدود 500 میلی وات است.
طول موج اشعه در این حالت بین
600 الی 980 نانومتر قرار دارد و به دلیل توان
قدرت پایینی که دارد برای بازسازی بافتها و یا جراحیهای جزئی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.

هشت مطالعه عوارض جانبی مرتبط با درمان را
گزارش کردند اما دادههای کافی را برای
آنالیز بیشتر ارائه نکردند. تعداد 15 مطالعه مربوط
به سالهای 1999 تا 2019 را شامل 604 شرکتکننده (کودکان و بزرگسالان از هر دو جنس) وارد کردیم.
حجم نمونه مطالعه کوچک بود (10 تا 120 شرکتکننده)، طول مدت پیگیری شرکتکنندگان
از 12 هفته تا 12 ماه متغیر بود.

لیزردرمانی، نسبت به جراحی های سنتی میزان درد، التهاب و زخم کمتری ایجاد می کند.
از جنبههای درمانی لیزرکمک قابل توجه

دانست، حضرت ابراهیم بود. البته باید بدانید که قرآن مجید مستقیماً به ختنه
کودک پسر دستور نمیدهد. اما حکم مربوطه در نوشتههای مفسران قرآن آمده است که پیروی از روش حضرت ابراهیم، دارای اهمیت است.

چون یکی دیگر از خطراتی که ممکن است پس فرآیند ختنه برای نوزاد اتفاق بیافتد، عفونت در محل آسیب
است. پس از مراجعه به مطب، ابتدا پزشک کودک را به پشت روی
تخت خوابانده و به آرامی دستها و پاهای او را
مهار میکنند و برای این کار از شما نیز کمک خواهد گرفت.
آلت تناسلی را با پنبه آغشته
به مواد ضدعفونی کننده تمیز کرده و از
یک داروی بی حسی تزریقی یا موضعی استفاده میکند.
سپس با استفاده از یک چاقوی جراحی، پوست دور تا دور آلت تناسلی را برش داده و جدا میکند.
ارزیابی شواهد موجود نشان داد که مزایای ختنهٔ نوزادان پسر به ریسکهای انجام ندادن ختنه برتری دارد.
بهطورکلی نیز مشخص شد که انجام ختنه در مردان مزایای خاصی در جلوگیری از عفونتهای ادراری،
ابتلا به اچآیوی ، انتقال برخی عفونتهای آمیزشی و سرطان آلت تناسلی مردان دارد.
اما ترجیح اینه که در سنین
کودکی و حتی زیر شش ماه انجام بشه به دلیل پیشگیری از
عوارض آن. به هر حال هر کسی که ختنه نشده در هر سنی
میتونه این کار رو انجام بده و در
هر سنی از عوارض پیشگیری میکنه. این عوارض عبارتند
از عفونت دستگاه تناسلی و مجاری ادراری شخص ختنه نشده
یا همسرش و همچنین سرطان آلت. در کشورهایی که ختنه انجام نمیشه سرطان آلت به
وفور یافت میشه اما در کشوری مثل ایران این موضوع وجود ندارد.

و ممکنه چون سنشون بیشتر میشه بیشتر خجالت بکشن.

با توجه به اینکه طول واژن خانمها در حالت برانگیخته حدود 10 سانتیمتر است
و فقط یکسوم طول خارجی آن در ارگاسم
زنان نقش دارد. بنابراین هر مردی با طول آلت تناسلی بیش از 10 سانتیمتر توانایی ارضاء
جنسی شریک جنسی مونث خود را خواهد داشت.
یک پژوهش در سال ۲۰۰۷ توسط سورِلز و همکاران نشان داد که حساسیت آلت جنسی در مردان
ختنه شده به میزان قابلتوجهی کمتر از مردان ختنه نشدهاست.

حتی بعد از اینکه دیگر نیازی به پانسمان نیست، مقداری کرم روی آلت تناسلی یا جلوی پوشک قرار
دهید تا آلت تناسلی خوب شود.
لازم به ذکر است که معمولا در ختنه
به روش Plastibell نیازی به پانسمان نیست.
به هیچ عنوان پوشک فرزند خود را محکم نبندید؛
چراکه نباید به آلت کودک فشاری وارد بشود.
پس از انجام ختنه حتما روی زخم
کودک را یک گاز نرم قرار دهید.
این عمل عمل ساده و سرپایی به حساب میآید و نیاز به تخصص بالایی ندارد.
این عمل عموماً توسط متخصص
اطفال، متخصص زنان، پزشک خانواده، جراح عمومی
و یا دکتر اورولوژی انجام میشود.
اگر این عمل به دلایل مذهبی انجام شود، گاها توسط دیگر افرادی که برای این کار آموزش دیدهاند صورت میگیرد.

اوایل فکر میکردم فقط من اینطورم و چنین حسی در من وجود داره، تا اینکه تو
